I when into the market in search for car insurance for my babe civic a car that I love so much. I have Geico. I call them first being that I am a loyal customer to any company that consider my intrest in addition to their interests. Geico quote me higher that my second babe TL type S I was shock I ask the rep why.. the response was your zip code. I gave up.. then next thing I know I got a call from Max..nothing more than Max was working he call and I explain told him what was going on.. to be honest Max just make my civic became my daily driver, for a price which is cheaper, affordable and comfortable. Max didn't just insure me he kept calling checking in making sure that all my lose end are tight. I am serious when I tell you that Max call me at least 4 times + a week and when he don't call he text. At times I am close if not the last person he call before he sign off. Max bro thank you. every day I drive my civic I drive it slow and chill relax very happy well please. The name Max definitely represents the street Maximum respect to max. And his customers service skills is the best I have ever received. I know what customer service represents i use to provide it. now that I am on the receiving end I know what to look for. Max buddy thank you the civic is driving 14. you save me and now I am happy daily driving with State farm.. and as for Geico.. they will be drop cause I am going to use Max skills to sell my wife to join with me and move all of our car over to state farm.. and if my insurance increases thats ok.. its my zip code so I will change my zip code and insurance my house with state farm when that time is ripe. the moral of this review is when you have an agent that put your intrest first you are being care for.. check out state farm and if your need a agent Find Max.. call the head off if you have to and get into contact with the office that is in queen..
